Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is made to order, and once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please note:

- Variations in colour, shade, or grain are natural characteristics of materials such as plywood, wood, acrylic and metal.

- Minor blemishes or imperfections in wood are considered part of its natural finish and not defects.

- No warranty is provided on any items.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged product(s) to help us assess the issue. If we are notified outside the 24-hour window, Createvoke will not be responsible for the damage, and no resolution will be offered.
