Processing Time
- All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before dispatch.
- Processing time may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of customisation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We ship to:
- Australia (all states and territories)
- International destinations worldwide
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- For Australian orders, we primarily use Sendle and other reliable local couriers.
- For international orders, we partner with trusted international shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available on selected products and promotions (as indicated at checkout).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Rural areas: 3–10 business days after dispatch
International:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package is shipped.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
- Please check with your country’s customs office for more information before placing an order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@createvoke.com within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product(s) and packaging.
- If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we may be unable to assist.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in tracking or lodging a claim with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Createvoke is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply.
